Job Title : Manufacturing Documentation Technician

Location : Carlsbad, CA

Duration : 12 months, W2 Contract

Job Overview

• Manufacturing Document Technician will assist with implementation of a new label system within manufacturing department

Required Education

• Completed High School diploma is mandatory

Required Skills / Experience (MUST have to be considered)

• Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years current work experience in a manufacturing department working with document controls systems

• Performing data entry on a daily basis

• Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have extremely high attention to detail

Job Duties

• Create label formats in new label system

• Update controlled manufacturing documents within the electronic documentation management system as required

• Review created labels for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements

• Requires working closely with other team members to prioritize workload evenly as well as review work performed by others to ensure accuracy

• Will have the opportunity to create new templates and make suggestions for system improvements
