Your Role...

You will join a team working to transform our business for the future. As a Product Manager 2, you will be the Product Owner applying cutting edge innovations for critical services, capabilities and experiences. In this role, you will apply customer empathy and uncover insights in order to drive clarity on biggest opportunities and competitive differentiation in your space. Representing our skilled workforce of CPAs and Enrolled Agents on the TurboTaxLive product, this role will lead delightful onboarding and engagement experiences of our Pros.

  • Develop product/platform roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest needs of customer

  • Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, marketers, analysts and care

  • Create and own your success metrics

  • Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value for our customers

  • Define an MVP experience and quickly learn and iterate based on customer feedback

  • Communicate the work of the scrum team that you lead to leadership, peers, etc



  • 3+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role

  • Experience in workforce products or 2-sided networks

  • Designed and shipped multiple impactful SaaS software experiences

  • Experience defining requirements across web & mobile platforms

  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention

  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for solving problems (large and small). You bring a customer centric mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset

  • Great track record with engineers and designers: people want to work with you again.

  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve

  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones

  • BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science a plus, MBA preferred or equivalent work experience
